Yes, I’m still sticking with this “project”.
As of 2020-09-14, here’s what I’ve made:
- English Muffin Toasting Bread on 2020-09-01 via King Arthur Baking. Second attempt at this one. This time I used our stand mixer to properly knead the dough, and it turned out much better. Rose better and was much lighter. Taste was still very good.
- Whole Wheat Bread on 2020-09-12 via King Arthur Baking. Second attempt at this one. This time I used our stand mixer to properly knead the dough, and it turned out much better. Rose better and was much lighter. Taste was still very good.
